 Install or Update WinBid Schedule for Windows

 

 

WinBid Schedule Installation

  1. To use WinBid Schedule you will need a valid WinBid Schedule license key. It should have been mailed to you. If you have a WinBid Schedule license key, click the link below and download the installation file to your computer desktop. Note: a WinBid Schedule license (stand-alone) will not work for WinBid 8.
  2. Download the Windows installation: wbschedsetup.exe (80 megabytes)
  3. After the download is complete, run wbschedsetup.exe to install (or update) WinBid Schedule

Windows 10 users, please note: If you get a system or anti-virus message questioning the safety of this setup file, you can safely ignore it and install regardless.

 

What's New In Version 1.5.7 (June 19, 2019)

  • AA continues to change their logon protocol, this version adapts for the most recent change, which permits PAX loads in your pairings again.

  • Fixed PAX loads in pairings saved as your pairings.

What's New In Version 1.5.5 (November 20, 2018)

  • Flight attendant-only crew bases added
  • Enabled DECS for flight attendants, although DECS is not directly supported for flight attendants.

  • Recycle Password was failing because AA's change to logon protocol. This is fixed.

  • Previously, origiinating FA names from DECS were being truncated in pairings (pilots only). This is now fixed.

  • Fix for non-LUS pilots in Preferences.

What's New in Version 1.4.8 (May 7, 2017)

  • In Preferences, added information on the date of the last Recyle Password. Use Recycle Password to get around AA's 90-day password limit. Recycle every month or so to keep your AA password indefinitely. To use it, your password must not be expired, or expiring in ___ days.
  • Fix for some users who had difficulty getting passenger loads.

What's New in Version 1.4.7 (April 16, 2017)

  • The updated webkit engine in Windows was incorrectly handled in the DECS features in the previous version, which rendered DECS features inert. This is now fixed. Additiionally, using the updated webkit engine now speeds up retrieval of DECS information substantially.

What's New In Version 1.4.6 (April 13, 2017)

  • Added Recycle Password feature. File, Recycle Password menu will recycle a working AA password to remain valid for another 90 days
  • Passenger loads now added to pairings directly from Travel Planner
  • Removed dependance on Halo 3, with functionality handled directly within WinBid Schedule now - Halo 3 is now obsolete

  • DECS features added (pilots only): View or import and DECS sequence/pairing; Add/Update hotel information from DECS; get crew names from DECS; View or Add/Update previous, current, or next sequence/pairing from DECS

  • Post-PBS - All line display features removed

    Post-PBS - Removed any CATCREW reference (crew names etc.) for pilots

If you are running Windows XP, WinBid Schedule version 1.4.5 is the last version that will run on Windows XP. To download and install the Windows

  1. Download the Windows XP installation: wbschedsetupXP.exe (70 megabytes)
  2. After the download is complete, run wbschedsetupXP.exe to install (or update) WinBid Schedule
